Do you ever send a message and get ignored?
Just a simple courtesy reply would be something.

Yes i got several times in starting when i was new, slowly got experience in chatting site's.
Now have the positive vibes, as the person maybe not interested or having a bad mood as lot spammer messages to keep going on or either we failed to approach our message in proper way.. not just hi or hello need some more to addon in message intros

I personally don't agree with this, because a simple 'I am not interested in you. Please leave me alone' does not take long.

Um, ( in my case) unfortunately in responding it leads them on more and I've ended up with hostility. To the point I've had to block.

If things get nasty, block and report are the only options.

But nobody has the right, to cause anger to a nice and sweet gal anyway

A simple courtesy would be not complaining in public because someone who doesn't know you declined to respond to you.

I reply to all messages. If anyone starts asking weird things, or are just plain rude, I'll let them know.

It's standard for most females not to reply and it's not confined to this app. I totally agree with you, a polite refusal is better than silence. however, look at this way, if the lady is too busy, or not interested, yet doesn't show the courtesy in replying, is that really a female you would wish to date? Her silence actually speaks volumes about her personality, best avoided
