Without knowing specific details other than no one was injured or assaulted as a result of these two separate illegal acts. Please give your opinion on which perpetrator should receive the greater penalty. 1st case is a man went in a state senate building and tried to chop his way into a senators office with a ax after posting violent images and rants on his Facebook page.
Case #2 a man walked into a federal building with several others and walked around in this building and even sat down in the chair of a very important person. This person also had rants on his Facebook page. Both have been tried already. One got 3 years is prison… the other got probation and a 2500.00 dollar fine. Can you guess the missing details of each case?

The 1st case : this guy is a member of antifa and the senator he was trying to get to with his ax is a republican senator… no jail time for him.

The 2nd case: This guy was part of the Jan. 6 protest in DC… 3 yrs. in prison. His crime was trespassing and sitting in Nasty Piglosi’s chair. This sounds more like communist China and not America. Will this be the new rule if the democrats stay in power.

Department of Justice, or Political Justice?

I see them as one and the same.

FFS! Why is it so tough for law makers,
and law enforcers, to comprehend
Ethical Justice?

I mean, isn't that the line of BS Congress
lays on us, every time they pass another
2,500+ page bill?

Sorry. The whole system is a farce of
a game show.

What I find preposterous is that the FBI returned the axe used in the commission of a crime to the "antifa" man. Do they think he needs it to chop wood to heat his home???? frustrated

if 6JAN2021 was an "insurrection" then why wasnt the US Capitol burned to the ground and why weren't any members of Congress hanged like they all deserve?

on the one year anniversary of’ the worst event to take place in America,, ever’ according to the snowflakes and Rino’s in congress. We should all have a minute of silence tomorrow for the people who suffered this horrible bloody overthrow of the government. Oh wait the only person that died of a result of that day of ‘infamy ‘ was a Trump Supporter. Ashley Babbet , unarmed and shot while walking thru the door of OUR Capitol building.. Tragic!
