Miss Universe was crowned recently and she was Miss India.... beautiful smart and very articulate.... so that would make her the most beautiful girl ...
But... Miss Congeniality movie taught us that as long as you say "world peace" in your speech you're very likely to win.
On a more serious note... isn't it time they stop parading women around as if they're trophies, and projecting the image women have to be beautiful to count?
I mean... aside from beautiful you have to have intelligence to participate and then pretend to be an airhead in expensive outfits and utter "world peace!" with a huge non-stop smile.

"Beauty" is relative! As they say, it "lies in the eyes of the beholder"!
Now, coming to the OP, yes we are free to have our own preferences for the skin tone that soothes our vision, but at the end of the day, it's personal preference; nothing more.
