Too many to count previously so it might make sense to just start now in 2022 and track moving forward. Today, 1/4/22, Biden proclaimed that "There's alot to be hopeful about in 2020". I don't believe he ever corrected it or knew any better as he moved on with his speech.

Notice he did not say 2021, which would also be a mistake but an understandable one as we are only 4 days into 2022. However, 2020???!! Folks, this is getting scary!

I don't say this to be mean as I hope I make it to 79 years old. But these things are happening with more and more frequency that it cannot be ignored any longer.

Tough to top that one, but there’s always tomorrow. It’s very worrisome with the tension between Russia and the U.S. and China and the U.S. They see the weakness in Biden’s thought process and his lack of awareness dealing with adversaries. We all saw a example of his military cleverness in Afghanistan . Putin figured there is no better time to test the U.S. He certainly didn’t show aggression to Ukraine while Trump was President.

Meh. Biden's been making gaffs his whole career. Still got a trillion-dollar infrastructure law passed. The last guy kept lying and misspeaking and only got tax cuts for the rich. But, sure. Biden's the mentally-challenged one.

lying is not a gaff. It is a character flaw. Biden is a habitual lier, he's been caught in serious lies his entire career. From his education. to plagiarism, to making up entire tales of events.. that never happened.
Now if he was someone's harmless kooky Uncle that would be one thing. but he is not, he is the President of the United States. And by his own doing a President that can not be trusted to tell the truth.
And that is a very scared thing, not only to us but to our allies.
people like to say " well. what about Trump". that " crutch" has to stop.. Trump is not the President
And I am not " Trumper ", I am a independent who has voted both sides over my years. Voted for who I thought was the best person for the job at that particular time. From President down to local mayor.

Well that didn't take long. Just yesterday, Biden AGAIN blurted the following: "Last week, PRESIDENT Harris and I stood in the US capitol to observe...".

He called Harris the President LAST MONTH too.

Folks, this man is the President of the United States. How could he possibly call anyone else the President?!!

If he were bagging groceries at your local supermarket and made these type mistakes it wouldn't be as bad. But he chose to run and be the most powerful person in the world and that comes with huge responsibility! He doesn't get a pass at this level!!

Can you imagine what else he might say if his handlers actually let him speak to the public more? These are not "gaffes", this is a serious mental decline we are witnessing right in front of our eyes.

Scary sh+t ahead.

You really need to start doing your own research instead of what you hear or read from left wing outlets and Democrats who lie for political purposes.

With the "Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017" (TCJA), passed by President Trump and congressional Republicans DIDN'T only get "cuts for the rich

Because of the TCJA the standard deduction was nearly doubled (from $6,350 in 2017 to $12,000 in 2018) and the child tax credit was doubled (from $1,000 in 2017 to $2,000 in 2018). Those two things LOWERED the tax burden for LOWER income people, not the rich.

The same people who say the TCJA ONLY cut taxes for rich people complain about the cap on the property taxes and state income taxes (SALT) deductions paid by high income earners, AKA the "rich", in Blue states like New York.

Those same people claim the "rich don't pay their fair share" but don't tell anyone how much income tax the rich actually pay. The top 1% pays 40% of the income tax, the top 10% pays 71% of the income tax, the top 25% pays 87% of the income tax, numbers they NEVER talk about. Those same people NEVER say that most people making under $30K/year have a NEGATIVE income tax rate.....they get more money in the form of a "tax refund" than they paid in income tax.

I'm not rich, I'm not even in the top 25% of income tax payers. My OWN research is how I find the truth because I refuse the let the media, ANY media, politicians and pundits feed me their BS. I don't regurgitate talking points I've been fed by people with ANY agenda.

The TCJA tax cuts for individuals expire in 2025, while the corporate taxes will keep going, and the "Jobs" part of it didn't workout, since Trump's administration actually ended with a net loss of employment (a first!), and most of the corporate tax savings went not to investment, but more to stock buy-backs.

Thank you for complimenting me on doing my OWN research.

The link YOU posted actually confirms what I posted about the STANDARD deduction for individuals....which HELPED lower the tax burden of LOWER INCOME people who DON'T itemize on their tax returns. That alone shows YOU were wrong when you said the tax cuts "only got tax cuts for the rich" who DON'T use the STANDARD deduction.

The president is going to have a press conference today to brag on his “accomplishments “ . One of these accomplishments is having more people employed now compared to a year ago… another is the % of people vaccinated n compared to a year ago… both of these statements are true… but not to Biden’s credit. It was inevitable that people would go back to work after the shutdown. And it was inevitable that more people would have gotten the vaccine over time without the pressure the president put on the citizens. It’s hard to think of any other one of his “ accomplishments “ that they could spin into something good . The voting rights bill is pure illusion. They want to create a federal takeover of voting rules . Not to make it more fair but to make it easier to cheat and not be accountable… gonna be interesting to see if he calls more than half of the country Jim Crow racists, again… immigration? He has nothing to brag about there…Supply chain ? Another failure… economy? … the inflation that Biden has brought on with his policies is killing any positive aspects of this economy.. should be a very short press conference.

I’ll give joe credit, he went 2 hours with his press conference. And he took many hot topic questions . With a lot of truth twisting and vague responses he was able to stumble through a report on his “accomplishments”. At one point he lashed out at a question about some of the failures he has had and said name one president that has done more than him in his first year. Name one….( Trump came to mind for me)..when asked about the 45% of the country that thinks he is not competent for the job, his response was ”sometimes you can’t be equally against everything you don’t agree with so you do what you can to try to fix what you can… that’s not incompetent. So instead of doing something right he’s fine with doing it half-assed. .. when ask about what will happen if Russia invades Ukraine . His response was if it’s a small invasion he won’t act with sanctions. Just a small incursion won’t warrant sanctions he said. What is a small incursion if not an invasion?.. when asked about his divisive speech a few days ago where he said if you don’t agree with his voter reform bill you were on the side of BullConner or Jefferson Davis. Another words your a racist . He lied and said he didn’t say that. ( whoever watched that speech heard exactly that.). .. so after hearing all he had to say I came away with this assessment. He’s doing a half-assed job . He will basically give in to Putins wishes, and he thinks Kamala is doing a great job and will be his running mate in 2024 and we should be satisfied with that.

Biden and the Democrats lates push is for "voters rights" and they are even thinking of changing the rules of the Senate to push it thru even thou there was "no fraud" in the 2020 election. However they wasted 2yrs saying the Russians interfered with the 2016 and after all that investigation and trying to impeach Trump all they could find was a few Russian citizens that posted some stuff on Facebook. Why shouldn't we require prof of ID when voting, they tried to make us show prof of vaccination to work, and most major cities you need prof of vaccination to eat in a restaurant. So why is it so hard to show prof of ID when you vote? And if you are going to vote you should at least take the effort to make it to the poll, or fill out some forms to get a mail in ballot. The Democrats just want to mail the ballots to all those whom may vote for them knowing they would be to lazy to do the steps it would take to actually vote if it weren't handed to them.

Anyone who is at least 18yrs old, not a convicted felon, is a legal citizen, and is not dead is allowed to register and then vote, it's not that difficult, easier then doing your taxes. Which brings me to my next point, maybe only those who actually contribute money to the government should be allowed to vote? If the government gives you more money then you pay in taxes why should you have a say in what they do with that money? At what point is it considered buying your vote? Or here's another thought, how bout we vote when we file our taxes? Or even better the amount of tax you pay influences the power of your vote? If you pay $1000 you could get one vote, if you pay $100k in taxes you get 100 votes. It seems to me the more you give the more say you should have in how they are spending YOUR money.

Voting according to what you pay in taxes would open up a huge can of worms that you don't want. A large percentage of the people in this country would wind up having no voice in how it operates.

Voting by mail is not a good option. It opens up so many ways of cheating. Dead people, fictitious people would just come crawling out of the woodwork in droves. It may ruin your day, but voting in person, with ID like a drivers licence, or state ID is the only way we will ever see a fair vote. Absentee voting can be checked on.

biden's press conference was a huge joke. Most of the public's pressing issues were never breached. No inflation? Yeah, I'd expect that from someone who hasn't walked into a store in years. I'd bet good money that his wife hid the car keys years ago from him. That guy has no clue about what's going on in this country.
