Since we only have some 3,5 days to go I think it's safe to say we're already in its energies!

The moon will be full in Cancer on CET Jan 18 at 00:51
(UK and US will be on the 17th of Jan, UK around 23:51 so right before midnight.)

Take your time during this full moon to ponder new ideas, new goals and possibilities that you want to have come into fruition in the time to come.
But also look back so you know which things have become unimportant or non-priorities. Which habits do you want to let go off and which emotions are dealt with?
Which doors do you want to open and which ones do you want to close?
It’d help to write this down, or make it visual even, so you have your own road map for the coming cycle.
Walk the path that you wish to walk. Maybe this takes courage, taking responsibility and inner knowing. But on your right path you will find joy, happiness and success.
Feel, listen to your inner voice. What longing & desire surfaces?
You’re never really off your path but sometimes you need –and always can- adjust and fine-tune by your own choices and decisions.

So shortly before this full moon, take the time to look at these things: what do you wish to take with you, what do you leave behind? What do you have to adjust, what are you going to expand?
When you know, direct your attention to the full moon (when it’s full) and visualise what you want, feel the readiness to take action. That’s how you open the door to your chosen path further and further.

Moon in Cancer makes very sensitive so things can hit you hard(er). Shield yourself a little, keep close to yourself energetically and don’t take words and actions from others too personally.
You may need to take some time to figure out why it hit you so hard. The better you know yourself the easier & faster it will be to simply deflect what doesn’t serve you. This goes hand in hand with you deciding what you allow in and what not.
It can be a good time to find quiet space so you can use your sensitivity to listen to your heart. What heart longing lives there?

So far it seems this moon makes me feel dizzy quite easily, like the last full moon in Cancer last year.
Almost had a dizzy spell twice yesterday evening when still at my stepmother's.
I was happy I didn't have to drive the longest part home, my daughter did.

I was wondering if things seem to be more sensitive to those of us born in the sign of cancer because the moon will be full this month in this sign.... Ya know what I mean? I’d like to hear your input about this......

@Nicole, I'll see if I can make a few photos :) Last couple days I haven't seen much moon either as we had quite a lot of mist, during the day too. But right now we have sun so maybe I can catch it tonight!!

I'm not certain how it works when the full moon is in your own sign. I think the best way to find out is to write down how you feel and keep track of it.
Last year I was hopefully thinking full moon in Taurus would be gracious as I am Taurus. It turned out to be quite unpleasant though.
So I'm not sure on this. Maybe if you're a Cancer it makes you more sensitive even, or maybe it really resonates and makes you feel good.
But the thing is, there are always other influences that play a part in the energies. Like what sign the sun is in, and the sun is what lights up the moon. Also sometimes there are asteroids or like right now Mercury Retrograde and so on.
I think all these things can alter the energies of the moon, even if only a bit.

I spent quite some time taking photos but this time round it's hard!
She's so bright and also quite far away from Earth that a really great photo that shows the 'face' is out of the question with my phone, hihi.
Funny thing is, she's already quite white too when she's on the rise, no deep yellow - orange.

Anywho, this is what I got.
One turned out peculiar to say the least, haha. Showing a skull face?! That's just because of the branches of the tree. I didn't do anything to it.



Skull face gone again, phew, hihi. And funny how the sky is purplish here? Not by me doing anything...



I kept the full image of this as you can see the beautiful reflection of moonlight in the roof. Not my home, mind you. My house is a li'l more petit, hihi. Petit meaning "cheaper".
The photo does show how far the moon is away from us. Supermoon (closer by) won't be till June & July.



And I will be glad when this one is gone. I'm in pain, hotdang it!

It looks absolutely amazing here in the uk .,first saw it about 4:30pm and I was mesmerised. Really looks so magnificent

OT -- I took my time earlier on to connect with the moon. I do feel so much better now! Amazing how that always works a treat.
As it is I cannot see it anymore without going outdoors, it's too high up now.

But it's a wonderfully clear night with moonlight!
