i don't do anything especially for joy.
Just enjoying daily life along office colleagues an during holiday's with friends as presently situations are not having a clear sign of environment. As max joy has been accompanied by mobiles...

A simple thing that brings joy is to sing.
When I sing, I immediately feel happier and calmer.

The one thing, I enjoy most, is the company of my cats

I am doing some walking excercises at the moment in front of my house, and one of them is always with me

Burning incense or scented candles, listening to music, journaling, reading uplifting books.

Biggest joy is waking up in the morning, praise the Lord...and sipping on the first cup of Java and looking at the sun coming over the horizon .... never fails to amaze me !!!

Finally finding out MLB, big noise.

I enjoy watching the sunrise every morning.
