It is all about your emotions.
THERE ARE FOUR BASIC FEELINGS, MAD, SAD, GLAD, AND
SCARED..... EVERYONE HAS FAVORITE FEELINGS THEY
ARE PART OF WHO WE ARE......WOMAN HAVE PERMISSION
TO FEEL THERE FEELINGS..MEN ON THE OTHER HAND DO
NOT.....A WOMAN DOES NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE AROUND A
MAN WHO CAN NOT CONTROL HIS FEELINGS... WOMEN
AND THERE RELATIONSHIPS ARE FOREMOST IN THERE
LIVES FOR MEN ITS ACCOMPLISHMENTS.....WOMEN NEED
TO HEAR WHY WE LOVE THEM....MEN NEED TO FEEL
APPRECIATED....WE ARE SO DIFFERENT EMOTIONALLY AND
WE NEED TO RESPECT THOSE DIFFERENCES.....
Close, but I don't entirely agree with this.
I don't think anyone likes someone that cannot control their feelings. Not even among (female) friends.
Sure, everyone's entitled to the occasional outburst when something happened that justifies that. But someone who's always all over the place with feelings & emotions is usually not so appreciated by anyone.
Also, I need a man who is in touch with his feelings & emotions. I've been with what I call an 'Excel' file partner. Doesn't work at all! No show of feelings, no lovely hugging, kissing, touches etc. Horrible in capitals!
It all comes down to emotional maturity, for both genders, but more so for men as they were sort of reared with the impression they shouldn't cry, shouldn't have feelings etc.
I also don't need to just hear from a man why he loves me. I also need to feel it, and see it when he's with me and looks at me, touches me.
I always said: I as a woman need to be and feel cherished, then I will adore and respect you.
And sure, telling me the why is part of it. But I think that goes the other way round just the same, maybe in different ways.
