Your picture has to be verified, which can take up to 4 days.

There may be reasons for this.

There is a limit to the amount of consecutive messages you can send to any one member. You must wait for their reply before you can message them again.

Are you eligible to contact them? Some members have set their email filters to only receive messages from those who fit their criteria.

Are they still activated? If not, you should receive a notification stating that the member’s account is deactivated.

They may have blocked you.
