Thanks Dramatic Muffin, I'm feeling better. Lots of healing and releasing going on in the last week or two, add in the gong bath healing circle and upcoming full moon energies... makes for a bowl full of emotions, hahaha.

And it probably didn't help matters when I thought it was a good idea to knock on a door that is clearly marked, "Do Not Disturb".

Oh well, life goes on.

OT... So happy Dramatic Muffin and Mark are going to see each other soon!

And a tad tired, Chloe thought it would be fun to wake me up at 2:30 in the morning.

Excited about the drumming circle tonight. Meeting new people, trying out my new drum, and soaking up the full moon energies while sitting on the beach.

Also excited that the lady who has a Spiritual Coaching/Healing business down here is going to be at the drumming circle. I've been wanting to contact her to have more of a local connection. My current Coach/Healer is awesome, but lives in New England and our sessions are always online. I feel I need more, something different to help me move to the next level of my spiritual growth.
