Each of the soul and body needs to secure happiness from complete food. As we care about eating food, we have to take care of spiritual food.
The prophets have expressed spiritual teachings with (food) and they consider learning the food of the soul. Just as beneficial food is sufficient for the safety of the body, as well as the useful science is valid for the development of the soul to rise to the peace of perfection and proximity to God.
Therefore, man must take his knowledge from the surroundings of revelation, who are the prophets and messengers, and move away from the destructive ideas that call the mind and lead its owner to deviation.
We must take care of the food for the soul in order for the soul to do its duty in worshiping and obeying God. As for what happened, we rose to the body so that the soul does not have an effect.
I ask God to help us to reform ourselves to live happy
