A child having a meltdown in public..been there.

More empathy than anything. Good kids get over-tired and don't yet have the emotional tools to deal.

Ae times the volume can get to me but it's different from bad or intentional behaviour.

So many people bothered by the Astros sign stealing thing and hold it against the team. I'm over it and time to move on. I like so many players on many teams in baseball and look to the future. That is what baseball fans do.

That "ding ding ding" noise while you are saying "Shut up! I know! I know!" is actually a pretty good reminder to buckle up.

Somebody that says, "hold my beer", before doing something really stupid.

Hey moron! I've got my hands full with two beers now.

There are plenty of "Peeve Threads". These are things that should NOT bother you.

Like most people I am not a huge fan of lines. In the modern world of Yelp and Trip Advisor, I still many times choose my restaurants the old fashioned way in an unfamiliar place.

I make peace with the 45 - hour wait, take in my surroundings, try to strike up a conversation with a stranger (who knows, might be a local), and wait patiently but with eager anticipation. It was a choice.

Okay, people who say, "hold my beer" before doing something really stupid.

That way I get to drink two beers while waiting for the EMTs to show up.

Made peace with the overuse of "it is what it is" starting to sound like a new millennium catch phrase for a not so self-absorbed Popeye.

Now here comes "You do You".
IT SHOULD'T BOTHER ME!!!

I realize most of the time it is meant as encouragement. I'm a big fan of people being themselves, embracing non harmful idiosyncrasies as strengths.

To me it sounds like a lot of people would never leave the house or a thinly veiled version of the sentence that starts with "Go" and ends with "Yourself".

Perhaps I am alone there. Just tryin to do me.
