i had a 28 incher ... now its closer to 33 ....

Ugh ... I miss mine! When younger me thought I was too big, I was just right! Now that I'm more like an Easter Egg with legs, I'd really love to be younger me size again! Haha!

No waistline for way too long ... it's fallen and it can't get up!

Well, having lost 8 kilos since January my waistline was getting better and better!

But today I overate a bit, hihi. But hey, my birthday, so I'm allowed to spoil myself for a day!
Tonight I won't snack anything I don't thing as I feel utterly stuffed.

Tomorrow it's back to my new eating life-style and possibly do the 1-mile walk tonight to burn some calories.

So nope, no complaints about my waistline!!

I was 130lbs when I went into basic training some sixty three years ago. I was 150lbs when I got out. After forty years of factory work I'm around 180lbs. Although I "carry" it fairly well, I sometimes wish I could buy 28inch waist jeans again instead of 34s. But hey, at 70 years old, who gives a chit?

Speaking of waistlines... the actresses in When Calls the Heart have such slim ones that it looks like they either had a few ribs surgically removed or are wearing the world's tightest corsets ever.
It is unreal!

I went out with a model many years ago and if she breathed in, I could close my hands around her waist.

She wasn't unfit, either. She used to cycle everywhere and do regular exercise.

I never was over Weight as an Adult lady and now in my older age I am just a bit heavier. It is not easy to take it off when you have never had to do it. I am working at it.
