We've been in this moon's energy for a few days now and boy can I feel it!
Physically is so-so, but not too bad, and I have a ton of energy! I've done so much, which is partly the cause of my joints not being too happy I spose, haha.
But it feels good. I love feeling inspired, having energy, doing things.

I was hoping to see the moon rise but it is disappearing behind a cloud as we speak, boohoo...

Hi Crystal! I wish I could absorb a ton of energy from the moon this weekend but instead, I kind of have the BLAHS… Can’t seem to get motivated to do anything! It’s very cloudy here tonight so I can’t see it Does that have anything to do with its energy projection? I’ve often wondered about that I hope I’ll be able to see it tomorrow night, when its totally full! Wish I could get a really good photo of it, they never turn out very good

It being cloudy doesn't change the moon energy. How you experience it is different for everyone. I think because we all have our own things that may or may not get affected by the specific energies of a full moon.
The good thing of being able to see the moon is that you can then connect yourself with it and allow any unpleasant effect to flow away. I need to do that visually so when it's cloudy I can't do that so easily.
If I feel it's necessary I look at the moon, visualise an energy cord between me and the moon from my Solar Plexus (stomach area). I put a colour in that cord, whichever one comes up first / intuitively.
Then in the middle I ground it straight down deep into the Earth. Any negativity can flow away through the grounding.
Often I also visualise throwing a bucket of water with detergent through the cord to cleanse it.

I take a few minutes for that and it always helps tremendously!
Try it, it isn't difficult at all and can really make a difference!

I did get to see it last night as it rose higher :) I didn't try to take photos as it was already high and thus bright, and you could clearly see a part was still missing.
My mobile's camera doesn't make great moon photos under those conditions, it'd become a white blob.
I need the moon to be on the rise and still golden yellow for it to work.

I'm loving the energy so far! I've definitely been feeling impatient as far as wanting to hurry up and get my place done. It was supposed to happen this past Friday, but outside events disrupted the flow. I was feeling frustrated and discouraged, wondering wtf and why.

Balance!!! I've been so busy the past few weeks, starting new jobs, working on my place, working on spiritual development/growth... but forgetting to take time to pause, as well as time to play.

So I decided to go with the flow of this full moon's energy and take the day off from work related things. Instead I'm going to spend the day at a resort, lounging around the pool and soaking up nature while I regroup.

Tomorrow night an organization down here, Keys To Peace, is having a full moon drumming circle. They do it right on the ocean. I decided to go! I can't wait, it's been quite a few years since I've been to a drumming circle.

River, I thought you had done drum circles up north as well?

Almost forgot, we also have the 10-10 portal, the day after the full moon but also already noticeable.

We are coming up to a powerful moment tomorrow and Monday!

On Sunday 9th we have the Full Moon in Aries. A Fire Moon is always volatile and a bit turbulent. We are deep in the fires of transformation with all the Solar Flares recently, and the Aries Moon will only turn up the "heat" so to speak. We can expect lots of sparks, whether they be sparks of anger or sparks of creativity.
It is up to us as Masters of Light to direct our creative power in ways that honor our path on Earth. Allow the Divine Feminine energy to Flow through you and to seed new creations.

This is the theme of the 10/10 Portal. With its 1010 sequence, it reminds us that we are at a Zero Point and that we must dream and expand in order to move forward. The Wheel of Fate is turning and the Ribbon of Destiny is unfurling to create a new path. We must take our courage and step through the fire into this new beginning.

Remember, it will not serve us to fall into judgment and anger at this time. We have come too far to be trapped in old patterns that pull us downwards and backwards.
Focus on the New Earth that is birthing through the Fire of Transformation.

No, when I was up North, I went to sound bath with singing bowls. I've only been to one drumming circle several years ago when I was living here in the Keys.

The forecast here is calling for about 70% cloud coverage, so I'm visualizing that 70% to be on the opposite side of where the moon rises, hahaha!

And I saw it again when it was high in the sky, pale and bright.

All in all it has been a good full moon. Lots of energy, again did a lot today.

Thanks Crystal, I decided not to go. The weather is not looking promising. I have a tough time driving at night when it's raining. A short distance might not be too bad, but it's 20 miles away. Hopefully next month will be better.

I thought this full moon would give me issues.

This weekend has been very peaceful for me.

I assumed Id be on pins and needles. Today, being the Celebration of Life party for Estas Tonne, Jr... everything ran smoothly. I met a few people. Overall a beautiful gathering of energies.

It was so nice to hear his 4 year old grandson call me GiGi. I was told I will always be GiGi to the grandkids and the kids step mother.

That's why I started to keep a full moon journal a few years back, to find out if a full moon in a specific sign would always affect me the same way.
Now that I have logged close to 2 years I can say it does not.
I've had 2 full moons in Aries that were awful for me, lots of pain and discomfort etc. This one was okay. I did have pain, but that's also because I felt so driven and inspired that I've done a lot (read: too much).

Some always seems to feel great, like Leo & Scorpio, Libra too I think. So far not had those be different and cause me grief instead of great flow.

But then, in line with what you expected... Taurus full moons so far have turned out to be very unpleasant to me. (I'm Taurus and have some other planets in Taurus too.)

Any effect on the pocket of a Virgo?

I don't know, Cyrax. It is different for every person it seems. I think maybe the only way to get clarity on what to expect is by overlaying it with your natal chart.
