I recently upgraded to Premium lifetime membership and post that my chat and nudges are getting limited to 20 per day and a new option of buying coins is enabled to buy to go beyond 20 chats and nudges per day. Is someone else facing the same issue? have raised to customer support but they never respond.

There is no such thing as a Premium lifetime membership.

Actually, Poetry, there is! It's fairly new, costs $89.99, I believe.
