In a recipe it says this:
'Drizzle a little olive oil on them, then some salt and pepper, and roast in the oven for 10 minutes. I finished them by broiling for 3 or 4 minutes. "
Now by roasting does he mean "grill" (in the oven)?
And broiling?
What the hell does that mean? From what I gather it's just sticking it in the oven for X amount of time.
Or am I wrong?
