Alqaeda, ISIS and all other Jihadist organizations are belong to one political movement – Wahabbism (not sect) they use the face of Islam. Their actions of are in contradiction to Islamic teaching.
The Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Turkey assist the Jihadist to begin war in Syria, Iraq, Libya and Yemen. It is not a war between Shi'a and Sunni.

French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said; "Today 2029
French citizens or residents are implicated in jihad networks." He said too" 609 people who are French nationals or have French resident's status are currently among fighters, including 283 women and 18 minors. Almost 170 have been killed while in Syria or Iraq and 300 have returned to France from those countries". "Almost 800 would today like to go to these wars zones, according to intelligence services," Valls said, adding that 1,000 people are being monitored closely.

That can be true from a Geopolitical point of view.
But these terror organisations consist of muslim members and their leaders base their terrorism on islamic 'Fatwas' that allow muslims to slaughter and kill non muslims or even members of other islamic sects (Like Shia muslims who are considered to be 'Rawafed' روافض or rejectors).
I agree that the Wahhabi islamic ideology is the main source of the modern terrorism. But on the other hand, the Shia muslims have similar ideology of terror, although rarely used outside the region, while sunni muslims have expanded their terrorsim globally. Just have a quick look at the outcome of the islamic revolution in Iran and the amount of destruction and retardation it brought to Iran and the whole region. Their days are hopefully coming to an end with the present revolution in Iran.
on the other hand, and as a previous muslim, I can tell you what you already know. Many muslims agree with, and even support what isis, alqaida, and other terror muslim groups do. Just have a quick tour on facebook and read the posts and comments in Arabic for example on any terror attack in Europe or the USA. the majority of the commenters support such attacks and ask for more (اللهم زد و بارك)
You can fool non muslims or those who can't read Arabic and say that islam has nothing to do with terrorism. But please don't play this game with me.

History of terrorism
The roots of terrorism go back to the first century AD, represented by the Jewish Zealots in the Roman province of Judea, where they killed the prominent aides of the Greek rule. In the sixth century AD, Judas of Galilee formed a fanatical sect of Jewish Zealots called the Sicari (meaning dagger men). The syacarians hid short daggers under their coats, mingled with the crowd at festivities to assassinate their victims, and then disappeared into the frightened crowd. Their assassination was the biggest right of the Israeli High Priest, Jonathan.
The term terrorism was used for the first time in the English language during the Reign of Terror of the French Revolution, when the then ruler of the revolutionary state applied terrorist practices that included mass executions using the guillotine to impose obedience by force and spread terror among the enemies of the regime.
In the United States of America
Just before the Civil War, abolitionist John Brown (1800-1859) took up arms, leading attacks between 1856 and 1859, the most famous of which was against an armory. But the local forces regained control of the depot, and executed Brown for treason.

RELIGIOUS TERRORISM IN OTHER FAITHS

https://www.jstor.org/stable/45242597

Christian terrorism, a form of religious terrorism, comprises terrorist acts which are committed by groups or individuals who profess Christian motivations or goals. Christian terrorists justify their violent tactics through their interpretation of the Bible and Christianity, in accordance with their own objectives and worldview.

Now, after the dangerous QAnon conspiracy theory helped to motivate the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol, with many participants touting their Christian faith — and as evangelical pastors throughout the country ache over the spread of the conspiracy theory among their flocks, and its very real human toll — it’s worth asking whether the time has come for a new wave of outreach to religious communities, this time aimed at evangelical Christians.

البقية بحياتك
A traditional condolence phrase used in Levant and Egypt. has no religious meaning and translated roughly to (you have the rest of life) or (The rest of life is yours) etc... Which means you still have the rest of your life to live

Islam has copied a lot from Christianity and Judaism in addition to adopting many Pagan practices (Like Hajj) after adding some Islamic touches. That's a known practice by the Abrahamic religions (and of course any other religion) to build on the already existing faiths which not only saves the time of the founder of the religion but also makes it easier for the local population to accept the new faith since it has many similarities with their ideologies.
If you read more you can easily find many similarities between the Abrahamic religions and the much older Zoroastrianism which was apparently the main source that offered the basis (especially in terms of the mythologies and fairy tales) for the Later religions in the Middle East.
A similar example in the Western world can be found between the Older Greek and the newer Roman Faith (Mythology).
You even find traces of Pagan practices in the Christian European communities, like the First of May celebrations in Germany where they raise the (Maibaum) (May Tree)... etc
