Maybe re-read the OP's questions: ... with OTHER women THAN HIS WIFE.
In the scenario you describe they are all his wife.

Let me restate the question: Is it normal for a married man to commit adultery?

What is normal depends on what culture that one lives in.

A better question to ask is this: Is it acceptable for a married man to commit adultery?

My answer to the second question is, "No!"

Just wondering, can you think of any culture where it is considered normal for a married man to have sex with others? Cos I can't.
Just curious...
But as far as I know there is not a single culture where this is normal.
