Hi Blondey
i checked the link and it seem to be still valid.
the person who can fill the form has to be ...
.a New Zealand employer who has offered a job to a
worker; or
• a New Zealand employer who is contracting or
seconding workers.
do you know employer or contractor to contact ?
its for My Brother.
Cheers
Mo
Hello Mo
I am not sure what industry your brother is interested in . NZ immigration runs a skill finder database for employers to register who are seeking overseas applicants /migrant workers . Likely they will offer sponsorship or visa assistance . However I could not find how job seekers register with the skill finder database so have sent an enquiry to immigration on your behalf . Will let you know when they respond .
In hr meantime there are some very good links that provide information and ways to register for work In NZ , including what industries are seeking applicants . Some links contain job boards and suggestions for contacting industries who are hiring . Recommend your brother read through this info . There are also links to recruitment companies that offer a free service for job applicants (they charge employers instead ) , so may also be a good option . He would just need to register his details and the agency will take it from there .

If he is able to fulfil one of the critical skill shortages he should. Contact Immigration Nz , as there will be a direct pathway to assist his application .
Hope this is of some help . Best of luck
