how many times u have a coffee

I limit myself to 4 cups a day

Maybe 2-3 cups a week especially a good dark roast.

2 times and sometimes i replace orange juice with some good ol coffee

I had it once, about 2010.
Was up for 4 days and nights.
Last time.

As often as I can find a place to fill my cup.

1 coffee is enough to send me running to the bathroom

I have it once or twice a year

All day long but I do drink 50-50, so half caffeinated, half decaf. Have done so for over 10 years now, otherwise I cannot sleep at night.

As it is I try to get 80% decaf-20% regular as it is so unhealthy.
It raises blood sugar and over time can be a (partial) cause to develop Diabetes type 2.
Very unhealthy for a bunch of other things as well, but I like it so much, I cannot not drink it.

Only ever when I've had to serve jury duty.

You gotta still limit it to 2-3cups a day because it has a side effect on your body when get to your old stage in life.
