Mango Cheesecake
INGREDIENTS
1 tinNestlé MILKMAID
100 g (15 biscuits)Low sugar biscuits
3 tbsp, meltedButter
2 tbspGelatin
½ cup (75ml)Water
1 pack (200ml)Cream
200 ml, PureedFresh mango
200g, gratedPaneer
¼ tspMango flavor (optional)
For Decoration
50 g, ChoppedMango
HOW TO MAKE MANGO CHEESECAKE
Step 1 Crush the biscuits finely. Add melted butter and mix well. Press this onto a greased shallow glass dish/ loose bottom pie dish and chill for 10 minutes.
Step 2 Soak gelatin in ½ cup water for 10 minutes. Dissolve over a pan of hot water
Step 3 Whip cream and chill till thick.
Step 4 Blend together the grated paneer, Nestlé MILKMAID, dissolved gelatin and mango flavor using a beater.
Step 5 Add mango pieces and blend for another minute, saving some pieces for decoration. Gently fold the whipped cream into the paneer- Nestlé MILKMAID mixture.
Step 6 Pour onto the chilled biscuit layer. Decorate with mango pieces. Leave to set in the refrigerator.
Step 7 When set, unmold, cut into squares/ wedges, and serve.
Tips to Make Mango Cheesecake
Make sure all the ingredients listed in the above Mango the cheesecake.
When preparing the crust, press it firmly and evenly into the bottom of the pan to create a solid base for the cheesecake.
When mixing the cheesecake filling, use a low speed on your mixer and avoid overmixing. Overmixing can cause the cheesecake to crack while baking.
