How does one deal with a death of a spouse and how long is it appropriate to start dating again or is that just a personal decision that person has to make?

Spouse, parent, sibling, pet, death is all the same,
you die a little yourself..but then the grief
becomes stable, then intermittent, then you
move on.

Indeed, WHEN you move on is personal and can
be tied to guilt.

But life includes death so you best get a handle.
