There's no real need for coins, you can send 5 messages per day to new prospects . Once you've started messaging, there is no limit, with the exception that you can only send 5 in a row, untill she sends one back.

You have to buy membership, lifetime is most reasonable if you stay on here for more than a couple of months.
There is a way to find most of them, but I'm sure M2 wouldn't want that divulged!
