Whats the average temp in Toronto in February? Is it wicked windy?
Feb used to be the worst winter month... plenty snow and minus temps . But of late that has all changed . minus 3 to 5C now ... and yes , the North wind is bitter ... Dress with three layers and you good to ski in minus temps !!!!
