When I watched the movie based on Aretha Franklin “Respect” she told her producer she wanted to do an all gospel album. Well of course he didn’t like the idea at first but she was persistent and made one. Guess what? It became her best selling album.

I liked deniece Williams "Free" but I heard it in the 80s/90s and it must have been a remix because it was a lot more up-tempo than the original which was too slow by far...
