I have blocked an individual many, many times, and he still keeps coming through. He is obnoxious! He appears on my profile so many times, the blocking doesn't work!

It happened to me as well. when asked, he said that he had multiple profiles here in mingle but i wasnt interested to investigate it further.

Just click on report - give the correct reason n do the block again

I don't think blocking prevents someone from viewing your profile. But it does keep them from messaging you.

Delete and move on with life.
