Biden spent his 50 senator years being the mastermind, main driver and craftsman of anti black legislation that destroyed 2 generations, possibly 3, of black people in the US. He used the law to destroy black people. His nickname was Jim Crow Joe Biden. He was the undoing of the black community in America and Moorehouse had the audacity to give Biden an honorary degree in law. You cannot correct the future if you don't know your past.
The law was not drafted secretly and Biden only drafted the Senate version of the bill passed by the House of Representatives. Don't know what makes you think Biden meant to "destroy black people." The "Jim Crow Joe" was invented by Trump surrogates.

Clearly the Black mayors didn't know what they were supporting: double mass incarceration of black men for even the simplest crime that resulted in absentee fathers, broken black families and communities. Secondly "Jim Crow Joe Biden" wasn't coined by "Trump surrogates". They just resurrected the old nickname for him.
