This stuff is better than brownies trust me

10 tablespoons butter, (I use salted)
1 ⅓ cups sugar
2 eggs
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
¾ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
For the truffle topping:

½ cup heavy cream
8 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
flaky sea salt, I love Maldon
For garnish:

whipped cream, mint sprigs, optional

Trust me on this folks. I have a huge sweet tooth and I was a pastry chef for a couple years. This stuff is a Swedish secret yet you should know about it

It’s supposed to be an eight inch diameter cake but I discovered that using cupcake trays works even better

Enjoy!

I tried a similar one like the above but instead of eggs, i used curd and oil. It was yummy but that was the first n last time I prepared it.

I've always craved n loved to have those white chocolate brownies..If in case, you have tried it too, please share the recipe

Hmmm that sounds interesting
I’ve never baked with curds before

By the way did you know that white chocolate is not real?

I mean , it does actually exist in time and space but it has nothing whatsoever to do with cocoa

Just thought you might like to know that

By the way thanks for the good advice about my cellphone

White chocolate contains cocoa butter, which is an edible fat extracted from the cocoa bean.

Kladdkaka is a cake or a brownie with frosting.

Alright if you say so
Kladdkaka is actually NOT an eighty year old recipe from rural Swedish lands during World War Two when baking soda was impossible to buy due to the manufacturing industries being shifted to wartime status.
Actually it’s just any old cake or brownies with icing

Thankyou Josh, this info about white chocolate really helped.. I got the habit of exploring the content of minerals/vitamins etc in each food that is prepared/taken but since these white chocolates had been my guilty pleasure (sometime vs someday), I really didn't put my efforts to check.

I browsed and found out that it's full of sugary content too :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
