Sounds like a convicted rapist got off on a technicality.

There's a National Rugby League player here in Australia that got locked up and sent to gaol over an alleged rape.

The women here swoon over the NRL guys like it's a meat market over here as it is the prime sport code.

This particular one initiated contact with him through social media. He went to visit her on Grand Final day for a quick shag, she may have wanted more than that and was mad cow cos he discarded her, who knows her motives. She said he raped her though that's debatable now as the High Court overturned it today.

He had everything to lose she had nothing.. he spent time in gaol and lost career earnings to boot. I not saying he did it, nor am i saying he didn't. I'm just saying it was overturned and thus he is free now. I'd like to see her (as a women) be held accountable for what she did.

So, you're not saying he did or didn't, but are completely sure that she did or didn't enough to say she should be held accountable.

Maybe look at your own double standards before trying to pretend like your view isn't one-sided.

One of the judges who presided over Jarryd Hayne's successful appeal against his rape convictions has concluded there is a 'significant possibility' the NRL player is 'innocent'.

'I am of the view there is a significant possibility that an innocent person has been convicted.'

"By not permitting counsel to cross-examine the complainant on those topics and then telling the jury that in considering the submission that the complainant had lied about matters including deletions from her phone, they should consider whether that was "fairly put", this created an unfairness in the accused's trial".

Mr Hayne's lawyers argued in the appeal that messages deleted from the woman's phone showed that she was consenting and should lead to his acquittal.
