I have the same problem I forgot my password. If you go to change password, you have to know your old one.

Shouldn't have to know it to login and tell the system that you need to change/forgot password.

If that is not an option then this software is even more hosed up

On the start page of the login mingle website you will find the link “Forgotten password”. You can create a new password here
