You never know what each day will bring.
Seems at times, we just hold on by a string.
When we get that call, a loved one is hanging on.
Before you know it, the next call is they are gone.
It is a heartache that is felt within your soul.
It is as if your heart, has fell into a sinkhole.
As I sit here remembering through the years.
The times we had with all the laughter & tears.
We were friends before our parents even met.
Then we became sisters, our lives were set.
We had a lot of good times growing up together.
Donna, you will always be within my heart forever.
The time has come you have gained your Angel wings.
Heaven is now your home, hear the Angels sing.
We are never ready for the day to come, that we must part.
You will always be within my thoughts and a part of my heart.
You left this world knowing you were loved.
It seems God needed one more Angel above.
With open arms you were greeted and embraced.
Within our hearts your memories have been placed.
Even tho we will never again, hear your voice.
In Heaven you are smiling as you rejoice.
With open arms, as you hug those that have passed.
Knowing you get to be with them at last...
