Nothing is in writing alot of misinformation out about what D Trump says or does not say.
Thing is Europe is having it's Own problems now.

MSN isn't the news source. MSN is an aggregator, and the news source for the above article is the New York Post. You can see their icon at the top of the story. But you're right that it's not a good news source. It's a tabloid newspaper bought by Rupert Murdoch and now part of NewsCorp.

The story is being reported elsewhere, too, so it checks out. Also the NY Post is a pro-Trump rag, so they didn't report how unpopular the idea is. Some Republicans are very against it, while others are still under Trump's spell and can't disagree with anything he does.
