The leftist morons are at it again with their mostly peaceful protests. In actuality it’s far from peaceful. And the governor and mayor are saying Trump is escalating the protests by enforcing the law that has been vacant in Cali. for far to long. The national gaurd should go in strong and stop the protests. The democrats are always on the wrong side of where most people stand. Over 50% of Americans support Trumps actions to get the illegals out of our country and off the free money train.

It's so stupid. Trump is trying to fix a problem nobody wants fixed. Claiming lawlessness, he's the one breaking the law. In order to deploy the California National Guard in California, he needs the governor's authorization, which he doesn't have. All the chaos that's happening now is because the CBP thugs are stirring up all the trouble they can. Literally riling up the population.

Trump would do better to divert his efforts to getting FEMA to help Americans hurt by natural disasters, where Trump's dropped the ball.

If Donald cared about the Constitution, he'd afford the accused their due process, rather than deporting them against court order and stuffing them into a slave labor camp for the rest of their lives, without so much as a simple hearing to determine their status, much less criminality.

Some men do not under Illegal which means you should not be in America until you came legal. You have No rights and should be Prosecuted by Law! Just like any Criminal that breaks the Law!

It is not easy for a New President like Trump to fix the Mess the J Biden and his administration created while in Office of POTUS.

Trying to fix things in USA is a HUGE challenge now!

Americans are protesting and rioting about Trump's immigration policies. Enforcing immigration law, rounding up and deporting illegals and those who overstay on their visas with swift justice WHICH AMERICA IS WELL KNOWN FOR but has lapsed in of recent years to the point of lawlessness by lawmakers and politicians.Now the owner is cleaning house and it's a problem. Is this the sorry state America has come too?

We were almost at the point of no return. It’s because Kamala was a complete joke for a presidential nominee or in this case a presidential appointee that we were able to crawl out of the festering swamp that Biden and the dems had us knee deep in. Fighting against law e enforcement doing their job to protect American citizens is a form of treason. And throwing frozen bottles of water and concrete blocks is now considered peaceful. But they will screaming different when the rubber bullets non lethal but it will stop you in your tracks. start taking these morons out of action..

I had to follow up on some research that I vaguely remember. Didn't President L Johnson deploy the national guard without the governor request to protect civil rights leaders who were marching in Alabama? Was he not a Democrat? When you say A you must say B. Your analysis is always skrewd. The President has the authority to deploy national guards in any circumstances as he sees fit. Now let deal with the root problem that you are skirting around. Mass protests and riots that have the potential to engulfed a nation because all sense of reason, civility and order has disappeared from the common sense fabric of America because the President is cleaning house.

It's one thing to enforce immigration law, but the Trump Administration is rounding up people who have yet to overstay any visa or break any law. It got so bad that when they arrested Abrego Garcia, then deported him to the only country they were prohibited to send him by court order, then delayed when ordered to return him, and now are apparently making up charges on which to indict him.

And to your arguing that LBJ federalized the National Guard in Alabama, which you seem to think is the same thing, but from a Democrat. Firstly, Back in the 1960-70s, the US went through a switch in political party affiliation, when Republicans implemented the "Southern Strategy" appealing to Southern racists and consolidate political power for Republicans. Democrats were the conservatives back then. But also, LBJ sent the guardsmen to protect the people protesting, not to protect the government, and in Alabama at the time, the governor and police didn't want to do their job protecting people marching for civil rights. LBJ did not call the guard to arrest anybody, but just hold their line.

I applauded Trump pardoning the Jan6 participants of the peaceful protest on our Capitol. The democrat judges attempting to overthrow our presidents executive power is not what the people voted for. If the dems insist on letting illegals and other criminals run rampant in their cities than the president has every right to do whatever he thinks is necessary to protect the citizens not the freaks that belong in jail or thrown out of this country. Gov. Newsome and Mayor Bass should be held accountable for obstructing Justice. They have very little support for their intolerable actions.

Whether Democrats were conservative or not back then is not the issue but the deployment of the national guards by a former president, who saw the need to use such authority in extenuating circumstances. When the protesters invaded an ICE facility they became rioters. When they continued looting, burning vehicles, throwing rocks at officers, breaking curfew and defeying police orders, destroying government property etc, criminal crimes, extenuating circumstances called for the National guards to be deployed to protect federal property and personnel and to help the LA law enforcement enforce the law. The US President, Democrat or Republican have the discretion to override a governor denial of enforcement.
