Has online dating run it's course, or do people still have big expectations?
I personally believe it has, most, in my experience are just wanting someone to chat with instead of going into the real world, each to their own I guess

It depends on one's age and what the individual is seeking.
Market research reveals venues cater for the 18 to 35 year old age range. Over 35, the majority are married, working long hours, living paycheck to paycheck, the singles disposable income absorbed into living expenses.
Divorced, it's either socialise at venues catering for young singles or seek out company on singles dating sites or social media web sites.
In my region, the majority of divorcees are seeking a dining out and travel partner.
