If you are referring to certain words being replaced with a series of asterisks you can't - it's built into the site software that certain seksualized terms and others will not post.
You can end-around some of it by altering the word's spelling.
For instance, the site software seemed to hate the word profile for a while, so I beat it by typing pro-file with a hyphen in it.
AI really ain't all that smart.

He is most likely referring to how do you see the members that you Blocked.

Click on Account, then click on Settings, Click on Mail Settings, towards the top you will see Blocked Users click on that if you want to remove someone from your block list check the box and click on Remove Block.

Due to the fact this is his first post he most likely does not know about the words getting replaced with asterisks within the Forums.

The reason that was put in place was due to members using vulgar language on the forums. This does not apply within emails.. For those words are not replaced with asterisks within emails here.
