I was out and about today and saw an events list for this month. Turns out there is a Van Halen concert and a Bon Jovi concert two weeks after that. I thought I went back in time somehow and had to go take a look at a paper.

I went to high school to that music. So of course I like it. It was just weird to see that both will be in town in the same month.

Actually, that would have made more sense to me. I'm guessing there is this whole retro thing going on. I hope they leave the clothes from the 80's out of it. There was really nothing timeless about them.

I think its great theres been a bit of a resurgence in 80's stuff. Strange thing for me i was in high school in the 90's and didn't really identify with the music of my time..more of 80's stuff for me..hair bands and such.

I never even heard the term hair band until last year. I just they picked the one thing most of the bands had in common and used that to identify a type of rock music. Oh well, at least there was a lot of great music.
