through trial and error(and severe pain) I'm figuring out what I CAN and CAN'T eat to avoid FUTURE pain least now I know the weight gain isn't MY fault.. and I can ease off the excess exercise.. which wasn't helping anyways.. mind you.. I HAVE lost 10 lbs.. which can happen when you don't eat for 3 straight days and only drink water

health matter isn't resolved YET though.. still have to get the diagnosis from the doc.. but I'm eliminating the pain(at least to a dull roar) by eating only certain foods.. which are also helping with the weight loss

howdy folks

been a busy week.. getting everything settled with the insurance company.. making a list of possible contractors to do the decontamination and rebuild.. that first company was padding their bill AND stealing my personal effects that WEREN'T even touched by water.. (I finally got a copy of the bill and WOW they like to cheat.. no worries.. I'ma gonna get some of the 'overcharges' back ) so I fired their azzes!!

plus I put in more hours than I had originally expected with work.. and because of that.. had to rest more than expected too.. but.. the paycheck will be more like it's supposed ta

my youngest called me, and DIDN'T ask fer money!! haven't spoken to her since Christmas (I slammed that door myself ) but I was thrilled when she let me speak to my g-baby.. we both cried when he had to go.. I miss him SOO much..

OH.. I tried out that new online app on How-Old.net.. WOOOHOOO.. it gave me 48!!! I used my current profile pic too.. NICE!!!

anywho.. going to the doc's this week.. hopefully I'll get some solid answers.. and not just "oh.. let's set you up for a gazillion tests cuz I gots no clue"

hope everyone is having a great spring.. here? it jumped straight to summer it was in the upper 80's yesterday.. 78 today.. and the past week averaged about 77.. dry too.. with a few sprinkles here and there.. so NOT complainin
