I would not relocate to another country or state. The state of Louisiana is my home.

I also would make sure I could visit my family...

I am not sure if I would ask them to relocate to where I live.
I did that once and as hard as they tried they were miserable.

It would have to be someone I know that could thrive in this lifesyle

Hmmm. That's a tough question. All depends. I would only move to warm weather. I don't move north. I make that clear from the start. If the stars and moon align just right then it could happen.

It can include anything from never having met them in person, to being in a relationship but just happened to have met via the site.

Would I relocate for the right man or woman if we found each oter here on Mingle having never met but spending a lot of time emailing, on the phone, texting, skyping, IM'ing?

No.

Would I relocate for the right man or woman if we just happened to have found each oter here on Mingle, but otherwise developed a relationship over time, naturally, face to face?

Maybe to sure, why not.

Handicapped child in special care facility. Changing his location would involve me moving, him moving, lawyers I can't afford, hundreds of thousands of dollars I don't have, and finally, persuading my ex who divorced me to voluntarily move to where I could be with the new person I hoped would work out.

But thanks for the offer of at least sympathetic moral support.

I am free as a bird, nothing and no one to tie me down. If that civil unrest and disobedience finally breaks out in my country, my passport and papers are ready and in order. I can fly anywhere to save myself. The rest of you, not so lucky. indifferent

I had to go to court to move away. Glad i did I am in a better place and they have all turned out great.

Yes, I would do it. I really have nothing to hold me here. But at the same time, It would also depend on where she is in the world. That's why I'm careful who I talk to. I think American women are beautiful. But I am also attracted to Asian women. I just can't see me going that far, like, the Philippines. I think a lot of the women there are beautiful too. I just ain't goin that far.noway noway noway

Probably not right now. But in a couple of years when the kids can board a plane by themselves I'd consider it.
