change your cognitions
change your behavior
for every negative thought that pops into that brain
name a positive one
for every time you allow yourself to dwell in past
name something good going on in the now
ready set move it toots!!
be proactive in your own life
if you know that you tend to get into the moody blues
if you spend too much time sitting in house or alone
then get your azz outta that house and do something
if you know you have the tendency to sit and drink and cry in your beer
over your life
and each time ya do that ya wake up feeling worse then before
then try something new
ya know what the definition of crazy is right?
