I believe that the law of attraction is the work of our minds, thoughts, imaginations and words. Our mind has the power to attract things that we think about either positive or negative, whichever we try to focus on. In short, what we think is what we get.
Whatever we think, it brings signal to our brain stimulating our emotions and thus manifested in our actions could either be joy , sorrow, pain, hate, fear, anger, love, etc. If we focus our attention on positive thoughts, we then attract good vibes or positive energy because this is what your body and mind exudes. Like, if you feel animosity towards other people, tendency is they will feel that from you and in turn will also be hostile with you, but if you show affection or compassion to others, they will also give it back to you. In a relationship, if you have hatred or bitterness in your heart, this will emit negative feelings towards your partner causing friction between you. What is in your mind will always affect your thoughts and actions thus the people around you will react in the same manner you show them. Your thoughts and emotions are always visible in your actions, feelings, facial expressions, gestures or words, and people are receptive to these.
Surround yourself with positivity and try to get away from negativity and you will truly feel calmness and peace within you. Crystal is right listen to music that you like and don't watch bad news on tv. I usually listen to relaxing instrumental music such as piano and saxophone, it helps me feel chilled and relaxed it calms my mind and when you are feeling good inside , it emanates happiness to your environment and the people around you will feel you and get affected too. This is the law of attraction for me:)
Yeah, but it doesn't have to be soothing or classical music. As long as it makes you feel good, it can be anything.
I've been listening to Peter Gabriel's Secret World for almost 2 months now
The entire gig is to be found on YouTube, and even after all this time, I still can't get enough of it. I just love "Solsbury Hill" and "Sledgehammer" and "Come talk to me".
Sometimes I listen to Christina Aguilera's music from the movie "Burlesque". Great to dance to.
I think in 2-3 months I've listened to the news twice. I don't feel I'm missing much. It's always negative, death and destruction. OH happy day! Lol.
