I'm with you on Ozzy and harmony on U2 - Joshua Tree is one of the best recordings ever made...actually prefer rattle & hum live version. I don;t think they have the consistency of some of the others, but they are certainly great.

First time I saw the Eagles was in a little auditorium in Virginia Beach, Virginia that held 700 people. They were the back up band to Procol Harum who had top billing. The Eagle made Procol look like a high school band. The Eagles must have had 40 instruments on stage.

Beatles, SuperTramp, ReoSpeedwagon, Pearl Jam, Aerosmith, Bruce. Lately I've been listening too a lot of the Dave Mattews Band. Dave just took me thru California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana & back home.

If I had to pick only one, it would have to be the Eagles. And all the music that's come out of the original members.
