I don't know who this girl was or if she knew or was related to Michael Brown, it may have been an emotional outburst which happen when teens are killed by police gang members terrorists... People say things they don't understand the scope of under circumstances such as this.
Even IF Brown had a weapon, which he didn't, you have to admit that the forensic details (number and placement of the shots) are pretty difficult to justify for an unarmed suspect.
Police have to protect themselves, that doesn't mean shooting someone who has their arms up at distance or continued fire when no weapon is drawn and the suspect is 'charging' or putting more than one round in the suspects head. That was also STUPID. Brown's crime was STUPID, but there was nothing that would indicate that he was armed.
We still hold citizens who 'have authority over other citizens' and an arsenal of non lethal and lethal weapons to A HIGHER STANDARD than 18 year old cigar thieves, and we should. We pay them lots of money.

CNN's Ryan Young reports 18yo victim (clearly not the taller long haired male seen shooting in the video taken across the street where Sarah Sidner was interviewing the Ferguson police Cheif) was shot by Detectives in an UNMARKED VAN. Not police in uniform. St. Louis county police Cheif Jon Belmar stated to media (KMOV) "There were 4 officers inside that van, all 4 fired on the suspect and the suspect fell.. there."
End quote. 'police say they were fired upon first and shot the suspect from inside the vehicle. Police say he was carrying a stolen gun' voiceover. The victims aunt says he did not have a gun and was running away from the shooting.

How, in the dark with ambient light reflecting off the glass, would the 'suspect' be able to identify Detectives in an UNMARKED van? While running from the shooting?

Well the 'unmarked' van was reported to have had red and blue emergency lights activated upon arriving on scene, so there is no doubt it was the Po-Po. No word if the siren had been activated.

When you bust caps at Five-O, they tend to get a little annoyed and will shoot back. (Dur)Pretty sure this kid understood the game before he decided to play it. Said to be a friend of the late Michael Brown, you would think he would have exercised a couple more brain cells than to shoot at the cops.

As you would expect any family member to say, his innocence is being touted, and the police excoriated. Once again though, no body cams on the cops. Gun recovered was allegedly stolen, and family says the kid doesn't pack heat when he leaves the house. May very well be he met up with someone who armed him for another reason other than the march. Maybe the cops will be able to pull other prints from the gun, the magazine, or the ammo which would back up the family a little.

Hopefully the kid pulls through and we can get some answers on his side of the story.

If he doesn't pull through, another thug bites the dust.

The "kid" was arrested in 2014 for stealing a car and a handgun. The kid also has over 3 dozen photos of him holding guns on his face book page. most after being arrested for the stolen gun and car. The Kid also made reference on his face book account to going down there, ( posted 2 hours before the shooting) actually to the same street where the gun fight took place and he made some interesting remarks as well.

I think the family doesn't really know what this kid was doing when he left the house. Actually I think they have no clue at all what this kid ever does. But they sure as hell knew about the guns.

The suspect or the shooter?
ABC's David Muir reported that the suspect was shot and detained seconds later than the first (>1 civilian) shootout. The security surveillance video shows a young male pull out a gun and shoot after being shot at. The voiceover identiftied the shooter as the suspect.

Slight problem, the person seen drawing the gun and shooting in the black and white security footage appears to have been wearing light colored pants. Jeans jogging pants? Idk.

Shown shot face down handcuffed and bleeding profusely the SUSPECT was wearing bright red shorts. Red shorts. Not pants. It's very easy to plant a throwaway that's been fired but bodycam footage would show that if it happened wouldn't it? Is there any word from the 'Detectives' about the second shooter, possibly more? Are they looking? No news has said anything about further investigation or any investigation actually...
The St Louis county Cheif of police said that he was carrying a stolen weapon on CNN Newsroom he left out the bit about him firing it which you think a County Cheif of Police would'nt forget to mention.

Looked like shorts in the original video from the guy behind the fence. Watching AC360 now, still haven't seen video or photos other than here that it was pants.

Still people started scattering to the ground and trying to find cover before the perp in the video drew the gun. That is video captured self defense.

Who and where is the FIRST shooter? Police were everywhere. Not a word has been uttered about the second shooter. Not good police work.
