That's different. Huge difference.
Neither attorney or the FBI are offering statements (in the article).
And this is after Russell Taylor, the head of Jared's foundation was "preliminarily charged with child exploitation, possession of child pornography, and voyeurism."

There's a huge difference in charges.
For all I know Taylor had an office in Jared's home, stored some child porn there, or it was in his email server.
For all I know Taylor forwarded a text picture of a 17 year old girls boobs.
That can constitute "possession of child pornography."
And there doesn't seem to be a distribution charge.
Teenagers that sext and send boob and genital pics to each other get charged with possession and distribution of child porn.
So the whole thing "could" be just "yes your honor, I do have on my computer naked pictures of some chick my friend Taylor sent me, that happen to be someone under 18."
"Possession" of child pornography is a far cry from producing child porn or kidnapping kids for diddle movies and an honorary membership in NAMBLA.

There was an evidence truck.
There's no indication that it was filled up.
The pictures of the raid on Jared's home you can find on the internet only show an evidence truck, and one computer being seized.

What picture?
The video in the article mentions finding "hundreds of images and video in his home" but they are talking about Russell Taylor and his house, not Fogle or Fogle's home.
About Fogle's home the article states "Authorities at the time were seen removing numerous items from Fogle's home, carrying them out in bags, boxes and briefcases" which isn't all that informative.
