year-old girl who he had found online to
engage in sex acts while he was staying at the
Plaza Hotel in New York City, according to the
papers. Several months later, he again paid
her for sex acts while staying at the Ritz
Carlton Hotel, according to the document,
which says the girl told Fogle her age when
they first met and that he knew she was a
minor.
After the first meeting, the document said,
Fogle texted the girl and offered to pay her a
fee if she could find him another underage girl
to pay for sex acts.
During these discussions, Fogle "stated that
he would accept a 16-year-old girl, while
stating that the younger the girl, the better,"
the document said.
Between 2011 and 2013, Fogle also repeatedly
sent text messages to other escorts,
"soliciting them to provide him with access to
minors as young as 14 to 15 years," the
document said, adding that he would only
make such requests after engaging in sex acts
with the escorts to "insure that they were not
undercover police officers."
The document also alleged that Fogle on
multiple occasions received sexually explicit
images and videos produced by Russell Taylor,
43, who ran the charitable Jared Foundation.
The foundation sought to raise awareness
about childhood obesity and arranged for
Fogle to visit schools and urge children to
adopt healthy eating and exercise habits.

Prosecutors also allege that Fogle received
from Taylor multiple images and videos, some
of which were taken by a video camera hidden
in a clock radio that filmed children changing
clothes or bathing. Some were taken in
buildings were Taylor lived.
The document says Fogle knew those depicted
were minors, some as young as 13 or 14
years old, and in some cases knew the minors
involved by name and had met them "during
social events in Indiana."
In other cases, the document said, Taylor
allegedly obtained sexually explicit images
taken by others outside the U.S., including
videos of children around age 6, and shared
them with Fogle.""

Fogle was in possession of child pornography, but the other truly disturbing thing is that there is an entire industry that provide and produce such filth.

Recently, there was a huge sting throughout the world centering around criminal elements who specialize in the production and distribution of child porn.

According to INTERPOL, who have successfully prosecuted several Albanian crime syndicates in Europe, there is a huge consumer market worldwide.

Fogles arrest and prosecution is obviously a good thing, but the other culprits are the slime who recruit children to actually produce such films.

years old. Fogle repeatedly asked one of the
minor victims and "several others" to "provide
him with access to minors as young as 14
years" for sex. He told one of the victims,
"The younger the girl, the better." Fogle said
he would "really make it worth her while if she
could find one."
He also offered "numerous prostitutes" —
apparently adults — with whom he had sex a
finder's fee for access to minors he could pay
for sex.
Fogle repeatedly made travel plans to have
business trips "coincide with his pursuit of
commercial sex acts."
The plea agreement says that on "multiple
occasions" between about 2011 and 2015
Fogle received child pornography from Russell
C. Taylor, the former executive director of his
charity, The Jared Foundation. The unidentified
victims in the photos and videos were as
young as "approximately six years of age."
Twelve identified victims were in photos and
videos taken secretly at Taylor's home. All live
in the Southern District of Indiana, which is
central Indiana and south. In some cases,
Fogle knew the victims' names and where they
lived.
Fogle agreed to pay 14 victims — two live
outside of Indiana — $100,000 each as part of
the plea agreement.
In a statement released Wednesday by
attorney James Reed of Bingham Greenebaum
Doll LLP on behalf of Fogle's wife, Katie, she
said, "Obviously, I am extremely shocked and
disappointed by the recent developments
involving Jared. I am in the process of seeking
a dissolution of the marriage."
According to the documents, Fogle, faces one
count of travel to engage in illicit sexual
conduct with a minor and one count of
distribution and receipt of child pornography.
Fogle's attorney, Jeremy Margolis, said Fogle
will acknowledge responsibility for wrongdoing.
"He knows that restitution can't undo the
damage that he's done, but he will do what he
can," Margolis said. "Jared Fogle expects to
go to prison. He will do his time. He expects
to get well. He will try to make amends to the
people he affected."
In a news conference after the court hearing,
Doug Carter, superintendent of the Indiana
State Police Department, said "I cannot think
of anything more repugnant than sexually
victimizing a child."
Carter issued a warning to others: "Somebody

They don't, the " honor amongst thieves" statement is most certainly true. Prisoners do not like child molesters... at all. The prisons have their own justice system and all the time in the world.

Over here we have separate blocks away from other prisoners because the wouldn't last a night.

The facts are now known. He would set up sexual liaisons with girls between the ages of 13 and 17 on his travels for work and would arrange those travels when he found a suitable underage woman.

He would also frequent prostitutes to have them find underage girls for him to have sex with, but he wouldn't ask until the prostitute had sex with him so he knew she wasn't a cop.

He also violated the Mann Act, which is a huge no no so he is plea is for a minimum of 12 1/2 years in prison and a lifetime on the registry.

He also had sexual images of girls around the age of 6.

He should be put to death.

I am sad to say part of that sting happened here. Three people in Reno, Nevada (30 minutes from me) and one person here in Carson City got himmed up by the FBI and US Marshalls. The guy in Carson killed himself as the Feds breached the door. It was only a mile away from my house.

That's all they Government is asking for, it is up to the sole digression of the judge who doesn't have to abide by the plea bargain. The maximum he faces is 30 years and the judges usually put these creeps away for long periods of time. I would be surprised if he got less then 15 years.

In no way am I defending him, I think he should be put to death but these creeps are just wired wrong.
