SUPPORTING a foreign country spying on us, invading us (online), and manipulating events here to their benefit, is treasonous.

Doing so because you happen to strongly dislike the American who suffered most because of it, is not just despicable, it's a sign that a person isn't mature enough to understand even their own best interests.

Unless you are in the active process of immigrating to that country, and changing your citizenship accordingly, there's no excuse for this kind of nonsense whatsoever.

IMO there isn't "growing narcissism and selfishness..."

Human beings are born selfish narcissists.
Baby's aren't crying to get mom to feed the starving orphans in Africa.
There is no magic switch inside of people where what drove them as babies is turned off allowing some kind of natural altruism to take over.
People are ruled by selfish, narcissistic, desires.
That is the natural default setting.
It can't grow. Only be unleashed.

What's growing is the "be yourself" and "don't judge" and "celebrate diversity," and, "one world," and, "if it came before me it's outdated, antiquated, and irrelevant, so doesn't apply to me," ideas.

Narcissism and selfishness aren't growing.
IMO what historically kept those impulses and drivers from running rampant is more often being discouraged.
Can't be a better person if you're happy just "being yourself."
No reason to question or care how you affect others if their judging you doesn't matter or isn't allowed.
Diversity = no clear cut rules or definitions of acceptable behavior, only general guidelines that are effectively meaningless trying to accommodate everyone. No respecting the past, no reason to respect elders or previous generations.

I think there is a relevant difference between "growth" of narcissism and selfishness, and diminishing consequences for being narcissistic and selfish.
I do agree with them being "encouraged," though, mostly through commercialism.

This is just a thought. Nothing to back it up. It's been said that Trump is building one of his hotels in Russia. It just kinda makes me wonder, Just how much "in bed" is he with the Russian government? What kind of deals have been made between him and Putin? He hooted and hollered about a rigged election if Clinton won. What if the guy was just trying to get attention away from himself? With this new evidence of Russian involvement in this election, seems to me if any rigging was done it was done in his favor and benefit.

If so, then he's involved in treason himself. I feel like if the powers that be keep digging into this Trump could wind up being the first president impeached for treason.

It's not a question of disliking anyone, it's a question of knowing the truth and knowing the real character of people up for election. Trump is no boyscout but I'd prefer knowing what he really is as opposed to someone masquerading around as Mother Theresa. In the whole 2 terms of the Obama presidency, I've never seen such blatant accusations without the burden of proof, this rings alarm bells for me...
