Today? Just coffee so far.

I tend to enjoy cooking so I always keep my head in recipe books when it comes time to fix something to eat. I like those foods I've not tried yet.

Starting with "So Delicious" brand Organic coconut milk, add a handful of (frozen yourself, no pre-packaged bag shiot) Organic blackberries, handful of raspberries, handful of cranberries, a few pecans, a small handful of organic coffee beans, Chia seeds, and "Garden of life" plant-based sprouted protein powder Which has amino acids to actually digest protein (a must, or you just poop it out wastefully)

Mix in Nutri-bullet..... delicious, kills ice cream cravings also.

Costco has Organics in bulk, much cheaper than regular supermarkets. (best investment)
