The cranberries you don't taste, so it might be a good one for you if you're not allergic.
Cranberries have quinine and other things that clean you kidneys and urinary tract so you won't get any chance of infection, and you won't get up to pee as often. They also clean out other parts of the body too.
Blueberries are a must as well, for sooo many reasons, and I'm having watermelon and blueberries as we speak. great for climates like ours. I'll be in Rodeo New Mexico soon, and am looking forward to the drier heat, but still will keep hydrated with as many fruits and veggies as i can.
One needs them at any age.

Remember how big the watermelons were in the 50's and 60's??? many were consistently 3' in length.
