unless they can prove that THE TREE agreed to the marriage,i dont see where it can be officially sanctioned as a marriage.

but,if it makes her feel better,and doesnt really hurt anybody else to let her believe that she married a tree,then,more power to her.

and,if any legal problems arise out of this union,all anybody has to do is claim the the tree asked for an annulment,and lay the burden of proof on the lady to prove that the tree DIDNT ask for an annullment!!
