Isnt that what a job is...when you WORK for someone as opposed to be self employed?
That means take what they offer or shove off. Someone else would love that job.
I totally agree.
People have been moaning and groaning about their boss ( or company owner) make more money then them for years as opposed to what they make.
I own a company and when I hire someone their pay is spelled out right in front of them when they are hired. They take the job. Do they talk a bit behind my back about what I make as opposed to what they make.. I'm sure they do. Actually I know they do.
Maybe someday when it is them paying the corp. tax, a good part of their medical, their vacation pay, paid holidays, sick days, local taxes, equipment costs, liability insurance, payroll tax, facility lease, utilities, trucks, start up capital, loan repayments, ect, ect, they will understand a bit more about where that money actually goes....the money that they think I put in my back pocket.
So do I make more money then them.. yes I do. Do I have much more at steak then them.. yes I do.
So to all of those who complain I say these to things
Don't take the job in the first place.
better yet, you put all you have into a company ( like I stated above) and then you too can make more money. And you too can risk everything you have if it does not work out.
I remember very well in my early business years, it was very tough to get established. Many weeks.. many.. I took no pay, but made sure my men were paid. As most business owners do.
So try doing that for awhile.
