Also, impeachment by itself doesn't remove anyone from public office. Bill Clinton was impeached, and he still remained in the White House until his second term as POTUS ended.

let me give some analogies to further clarify the difference in these descriptions:

A teenager not doing their homework is a PROBLEM with school, you may ground them or get them a tutor.

a teenager getting all Fs is a CRISIS with school, (they are in danger of being left behind.) you may make them go to summer school.

a teenager coming home from school with a black eye everyday is an EMERGENCY with school, (requiring an IMMEDIATE action due to the danger)
