Baked chicken quarter, lol I probably eat chicken for dinner at least 6 times a week, I eat so much chicken it's a wonder I don't start laying eggs, I'm going to have salad also. I eat a lot of chicken for the protein because I limit my carb intake and protein helps build muscle.

The idea was a piece of beef with green beans. Bought the meat, not the beans as I bought those yesterday, enough for today as well.


Home... Okay, let's clean the beans..... Where the hell are my beans????? Oh chit, I decided to only buy for the day yesterday. And no other greens in that house.
Oh wait, a piece of cucumber that still sort of alive. Oh well...
I'm NOT going back to the supermarket, haha.

I wouldn't. Even though the bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomatoes and chips sound bloody good (sausages not so much), it's lacking in the green department.

I don't think I've had salmon in a while. Funny how your body tells you what you need. I know I need a little extra Omega 3 and if I don't take that I start to crave salmon. As soon as I get Omega 3 (fish oil) capsules in and take those I really don't want salmon at all anymore.

No dinner for me tonight, I'm on the Guinness and Ganja diet..

Must admit I haven't had a real one in years either. I sometimes do bacon and eggs, which is okay, but to begin with we don't have the good bacon you can buy in the UK.
Then, if I want to do the mushrooms & tomatoes, it never really works out the way I want it too.
Maybe it's the having to eat it alone part that does it in for me, hihi.

If the food they cook is good in general, that is quite nice. I wouldn't mind too much as I don't like cooking. If I could just go and get it somewhere I'd be quite happy, hihi.
